On March 15 we close, with the help of our Realtor Mark McHugh on the purchase of this house. Yes I 'll be in Holland - but all the papers are signed before I Ieave. It is located at:
411 Eunice St
Sequim 98382
Phone number in April, we hope.
The entry - with plantings - and surveillance from the kitchen sink window.

The living room is suffiently large for us 2 oldfolk, and has a fireplace -
the broker recommended installation of a gas (propane) insert in the fireplace -
maybe someday. It has 3 bedrooms - though one which leads to the patio will
become a workroom for my computers.
For the other 2 bedrooms there is a regular full bath, off the hall.
The cats will reign in the laundry room, for the house came equipped with a
moderate doggie door on to the patio, which they will learn to use, sparing us
doorman duty.
In the backgarden there are lots of plantings, including an apple tree, with
trunk protected from the deer... Raised beds host strawberry plants. And the
rhubarb is up. There are roses trellised to several points.
There's a double garage, giving Carl plenty of workspace for his tools. The
gardening tools are kept separately in a little side shed.

The view is overlooking Sequim, the Straits of Juan de Fuca, and over the
blue-house's tv antenna, Mt Baker. better in real life, and with binoculars,
than with this little point-and-shoot camera. Those neighbors are from
Fairbanks. everyone "lives" facing the view--- so we're looking at the back
doors of the homes across the streets, rather than into their living rooms.
Nice arrangement.
Should be settled in nicely by May and June.
There'll be one last flight for all 5 of us- Carl, myself, and the 3 cats - they won't speak to us for WEEK after the move! But then they'll love the place.
